Available from 15th June/ 1st July- Looking for a Professional (Female) as a room mate

Townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies, one backyard, 2 parking spots, dryer and washer in the house, living room and dining area are furnished. 2 full washrooms and ample storage space. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so looking for non-smoker, no parties, and a person who will keep the place clean. Bus no. 9 stop is behind the house, it takes 7 min in bus to reach TRU.

Looking for a female who is employed at TRU or any other organization in Kamloops. It doesn’t matter if you are new to Kamloops or you are living somewhere else in  Kamloops as of now. You should be able to provide work references and previous landlord references. References from friends and family are NOT acceptable.
