Information for students looking for housing.

How do I contact a poster?

Each landlords email and phone number is listed at the bottom of the housing listing. Simply contact the landlord through your preferred method of communication.

How do I report a posting?

If you believe a housing listing is a scam there is a report a listing button at the bottom of each page. Clicking on this button will allow you to flag a posting and send a message to the system administrator about the listing.

How do I apply for on-campus housing?

If you want to live on campus you need to apply for a spot in on-campus housing through TRU. Click here to be redirected to the on-campus housing page

Information for Landlords.

How do I add a listing?

In order to add a listing you first need to log in or register for an account. Once you have registered you will be able to complete a form to add a listing.

How do I delete a listing once it has been rented?

In order to edit a listing you will need to log in to your account. Once you are logged in click on the "My Listings" link at the top of the page. This will redirect you to a page with any and all listings associated with your account. If you hover your mouse over the listing that you would like to delete you should see a red "Trash" link. Click trash. This will move your listing to the trash.

How do I edit a listing?

In order to edit a listing you will need to log in to your account. Once you are logged in click on the "My Listings" link at the top of the page. This will redirect you to a page with any and all listings associated with your account. Click on the title of the listing you want to edit. You will be redirected to your form. Edit any of the information in the form and click on the blue update listing button.
