Bright, clean, fully furnished bedroom with queen size bed, dresser and desk, with full private bathroom. Meals are included, though you may wish to buy snacks and special grocery items. Make your own breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. Some dinners will be prepared for you, though, if I’m out, you may prepare for yourself. Use of the family room with tv, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Utilities are included. There is parking in front of the townhouse. It is 2 blocks to walk to the bus stop. It is 4 kilometers to the university.
