  • Fully furnished with bed frame, mattress, closet, bookcase, desk, and couch (one-time furniture fee of $300, negotiable; after payment, these items are yours to keep)

Suite Description

Welcome to a cozy, convenient basement suite in downtown Kamloops! Located right by a bus stop (Route #7 & #9), you’ll have easy access to TRU (10-15 min bus ride) and all that downtown has to offer. I find it to be a safe neighbourhood with just a short walk to restaurants, nightlife, the hospital, Lansdowne bus exchange, and a variety of shops (Save-On-Foods, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, etc.).

You’ll have your own private bedroom (pictured) and share common areas with me. The suite includes an in-suite washer and dryer and all the essentials for everyday living. There is plenty of storage space in the unit.

About Me

I’m a 24 year old female student in my last year of tourism management at TRU, balancing a busy schedule with school, work, Wolfpack, and other extracurriculars. I’m friendly, easygoing, and enjoy connecting with new people! When I’m not working or studying, I love making plans with friends, exploring new places, having an occasional night out, and reconnecting with family from back home in Europe. I’m also someone who appreciates a bit of downtime now and then—I like to recharge by watching a good series, listening to music or relaxing on my own when I need to unwind.

About You

I’m looking to find a roommate who is friendly, social, and keeps busy with their own school, work, or activities. If you don’t mind having friends over occasionally for studying or hanging out, and if you’re open to getting to know each other, we’ll likely be a great fit! I’m pretty relaxed about chores and cleanliness—your room is your own space, and as long as we keep the common areas reasonable, we’re good. Ideally, we’ll create a comfortable, supportive living space and hopefully even become friends along the way.
