The interior of the townhouse was recently renovated, is fully furnished and has AC. The bedrooms can be furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser, or you can bring your own and I’ll store the furniture. There is a garage that has space for 1 car, onsite parking for 1 car and space on the street in front of the house for 3 more cars.

Our preference is a long-term lease (at least one year). No pets, no drugs, no parties, sorry!

REQUIREMENTS: Must be a full-time students at TRU. Must be trustworthy, kind and considerate. Must be respectful and quiet within reason.
