Hello! I’m seeking a roommate! Here are some details:

☀️ Sunny, spacious downtown home. Furnished bedroom & downstairs living space with own bathroom (doesn’t need to be furnished room though).

House is shared with me 😊 I’m an independent, active, clean, employed person. I appreciate my home being a sanctuary, a calm peaceful place perfect for another quiet calm individual.

Amenities include shared washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, furnished kitchen, central vac, a free parking space in driveway, garden space if so desired 🪴…

$900 (wifi, hydro, gas, water, parking included). Home is owned by my parents who are excellent and respectful landlords and house has been well cared for. Available March 1 or 15.
