Looking for a female student to rent out spare room. Current residents are me, an 18 year old female, and my dad, a 48 year old male. The space includes a fully furnished room, a personal bathroom, an office (this is used occasionally by my dad) and use of communal spaces such as the kitchen, living room, hot tub, movie room etc.. Dinners will be provided most nights but the renter would need to provide themselves breakfast and lunch. The drive up to TRU is 15 minutes and there’s a bus stop near the house. Due to both my dad and I having asthma, smoking is not allowed but vaping is okay as long as its outside.
