At over 100 years old — this special heritage home has all the charm with beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings.

Parking for two vehicles.

We are looking for quiet, respectful, non-partying, non-smoking (of any kind) tenants.

Will consider up to four TRU students if interested in renting as a group. 

Pets are not permitted.

A sweet home in a perfect, central location — our house is ideal for those who are needing accommodation for temporary — but longer — stays. Much more affordable than a hotel!
