Basement Suite $900

Hi,

I will be attending TRU in the fall. Currently I am clearing out my basement and furnishing it for another female student.

It’s one bedroom with a closet, a large living room, bath room and linen closet.  There is storage space and an area at the bottom of the stairs where I will set up a coffee bar, fridge & microwave.

Shared kitchen on the main level and laundry upstairs. Entrance to the backyard, I can set up some chairs and a shade canopy!

I will be putting a tenant door in at the bottom of the stairs for complete privacy.

This is in Westsyde,  there is city transit next to the house, a Save On foods. Plus I would be willing to share the commute if our schedules allow for it.

It’s just me and two young kids. No  parties.  Just a nice sized space to study and relax.

Might be able to accommodate a cat with permission. I have two friendly outdoor dogs. They won’t bother you as they have their own section of the yard.
