The interior of the townhouse was recently renovation with new flooring, new appliances, bathrooms, cabinets, lights & fixtures, paint, and new AC. The townhouse is fully furnished. The available bedroom can be furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser.

Shared kitchen, full bathroom, & laundry (washer and dryer). Off-street parking available. Storage can be made available in the garage.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be fully employed and/or full-time student. Must be clean, tidy & share the weekly chores (We keep an extremely tidy house). Must be trustworthy, kind and considerate. Must be respectful and quiet within reason (Quiet hours after 10pm – we work early and are up early).
