$775 one bedroom with utilities and wifi, shared bathroom and kitchen

Hello! I am Cherie, currently studying in Thompson River University year 3. I am renting a place near school with 3 female roommates, shared bathroom and kitchen. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, no party, that is willing to rent my place anytime until August 30th (date can be flexible).

This place is $775 per month included utilities and wifi.
It is very close to school, 13 minutes walk to TRU. 5 minutes walk to superstore. 5 minutes walk to bus station. 10 minutes bus to downtown and Aberdeen mall. It is a place suitable for all student especially without a car.
This place is a townhouse. My room is on the 2nd floor. There is a living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. There are two bathroom share with all roommates.
In this place, we share and respect each other. There are chores we need to do once a week to keep the place clean, mostly for the kitchen and toilet.
